There's a certain pull that a well-designed home creates, even when you don't need everything in it - a fifteen-seat living room, a poker room, a pool with three distinct zones, a door that disappears into the wall. Walk into a place like Swati Senor and that pull is immediate.
Millionaire Mindset is a premium real-estate experience curated by Vital Space, designed to take people beyond the conventional property visit. The idea is to give people an opportunity to physically experience what luxury housing looks like - not just in terms of the apartment itself, but in terms of planning, amenities, privacy, services and the lifestyle that comes with luxury residential developments. It creates an opportunity to understand what the luxury segment of real estate offers, explore possibilities for both living and investment, and connect with a similar audience that is interested in this segment.
More importantly, visitors aren't simply shown specifications or photographs; they walk through the spaces, see how they function, and form their own understanding of what Super luxury living actually means.
For its third chapter, on 15th and 16th August, Millionaire Mindset was held at Swati Senor in Ambli, a 20-floor super luxurious residential development.
At Swati Senor, visitors were taken through a sample house curated by renowned interior designer Nilesh Kava, alongside the property's premium amenities - giving attendees a clear sense of what true luxury living looks like.
The Second Floor
Visitors were taken up to a fully furnished apartment on the second floor. The lift opens directly into a foyer with two chairs and a wall-mounted art piece. To the side is a servant entrance - a door built flush into the wall - leading through to the staff quarters by the kitchen.
To the right is the living room, opening onto a balcony with a city-facing view. It's a large space, with seating enough to comfortably hold a big gathering.
The house is designed on a butterfly plan - guests occupy the right wing, the family the left, with the living area acting as the shared space between the two. Layout includes:
- A master bedroom with a walk-in closet
- A kid's room
- A dedicated puja corner
- Two additional bedrooms for guests
- A common bathroom
- Washrooms sized larger than standard
- A kitchen split into dry and wet sections, with the option to remove the dividing wall for a single integrated kitchen
- A garbage chute running directly from the kitchen
The same layout was shown again on the sixth floor, unfurnished - larger in feel, since the space read as a blank canvas rather than a styled unit.
The Balcony
The balcony looks out over the city. It's here that the Millionaire Mindset name comes into focus - the experience isn't only about the apartments, extraordinary as they are, but about the reaction a home built with this level of planning and detail tends to produce in anyone who walks through it.
How the Floors Are Laid Out
Each floor holds three apartments, none of which share a common wall - they're separated by a lift lobby, stairwell, or electric duct. The building runs eight lifts in total: two dedicated to each apartment, and two more for common areas, so residents aren't sharing a lift with other floors by default.
The First Floor
The first floor houses the clubhouse - Club Sol - and its amenities. It includes a games room (chess, carrom, ludo, snakes and ladders), a separate poker room, and a toddler's area with a dedicated nanny station.
Outdoors, the pool is split into sections: a kids' pool, a flash pool, and a deeper section, with a jacuzzi alongside. There's also an indoor temperature-controlled pool. The same floor holds a guest suite - four bedrooms, a living area, and its own kitchen, functioning as a self-contained unit for hosting guests separately from the main residence.
The Ground Floor
The ground floor includes courts for basketball, badminton and a squash court, an in-house theatre, an executive and serene business lounge, and a glass-enclosed banquet hall for indoor events.
What distinguishes Swati Senor, and what sets the best luxury apartments in Ahmedabad apart more broadly - not size alone, but the thought, privacy, and planning built into everyday living, down to details like a door built flush into a wall.
Millionaire Mindset gives a glimpse into a different life - a luxurious one. People hear about it, people read about it, but rarely get to actually stand inside it. A lot of people did, at Swati Senor.
People visited in strong numbers, and their response was even stronger - visitors came away having felt what luxury living actually means, not just heard about it, and left with a clearer sense of what to look for in a home like this. Chapter three may have ended, but Millionaire Mindset hasn't.
A fourth chapter is taking shape - a new address, a new set of ideas about what luxury living can look like, and, going by the first three, likely something visitors won't see coming. Don't just read about the next chapter of Millionaire Mindset - be there for it.
